• Grilled Oyster– Vietnamese-style grilled oysters are flavorful and beautiful to look at with the additions of scallion oil and roasted peanuts or cheese.
• Steamed Clam Lemongrass-A simple, quick and very fragrant dish of clams steamed lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, ginger and chilli.
• Grilled Shrimp – Vietnamese Grilled shrimp are marinated in lemongrass, fish sauce, and spices and grilled till golden brown.
• Grilled Octopus With Satay– A Vietnamese-Style Grilled Octopus with salt, sugar, pepper, lemon fruit,  minced garlic, vegetable oil, and Vietnamese Mint.
• Vietnamese Bread –  a short baguette with thin, crisp crust and a soft, airy texture. It is often split lengthwise, filled with meat and savory ingredients like a submarine sandwich, and served as a meal, called bánh mì thịt.
• Fresh Spring Rolls– A very famous roll with rice noodles, shrimp, lettuce, fresh basil and mint.
• Crispy Banana Cracker– Rice cracker is a kind of snack, made from rice and other ingredients.
• Grilled Banana Sticky Rice–Grilled banana sticky rice rolls, served with coconut sauce and toasted sesame seeds. This is a popular Southern Vietnamese dessert.
• Vietnamese Pizza – Vietnamese pizza is a popular Vietnamese street food made with rice paper, egg, sauces, and toppings from Da Lat City.
• Grilled Quail Eggs-This dish is made from quail eggs combined with some toppings, such as sausage. All of the ingredients are placed in a triangle mold with the butter at the bottom so that the cake is not sticky. The cake is well-baked, you just need to  add chili sauce and enjoy,
